Terms and Conditions for Rush Extreme Sports (PTY) Ltd Loyalty Members

Eligibility
- To become a loyalty member, customers must register their details with Rush via Adumo’s loyalty system.

Cash Back on Jump/Play Sessions
- Members receive 15% cash back on jump/play session purchases, credited to their loyalty card. VIP Card holders receive 20% cash back on jump/play session purchases, credited to their loyalty card.
- You must present your card when making purchases to earn or redeem value.
- There is no limit to the number of tickets purchased per transaction/card but it is limited to one transaction per day
- Value is only credited to the card once a successful payment has been made.

Free Coffee Refills
- Members are entitled to one free coffee refill per day with their registered loyalty card.
- Free refills apply to standard coffee only. Specialty coffees (e.g., Chai, red cappuccino, Mochachino) are excluded.
- Specialty milk is also excluded but may be added at the retail cost.

Free Slush Upgrades
- Members can upgrade from a small to a large slush on one transaction, limited to one upgrade per day.
- The upgrade applies to the entire purchase if multiple slushies are bought in a single transaction.

Free 1-Hour Jump/Play on Your Birthday
- Members receive one free hour of jump/play time on their birthday.
- Members must present their loyalty card to redeem this offer as well as proof it is their birthday (if not on the system).
- Non-members can sign up for a loyalty card on their birthday to receive this benefit, with proof of birthday on that day.

Exclusive Invites to Events
- Loyalty members may receive exclusive invitations to events hosted, co-hosted, or attended by Rush.

Brand Partner Discounts
- Members may be offered discounts from Rush’s brand partners to make use of, or attend their venues/facilities at a discounted rate.

Communication
- Members will receive communication via their preferred communication method as frequently as needed by Rush.
- If you wish to opt out of communication, please send an email to infoct@rushextreme.co.za.

General Terms
- Rush Extreme Sports (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program and its benefits at any time without prior notice.
- Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Misuse of the loyalty card or any fraudulent activity will result in termination of membership and forfeiture of all accrued benefits.
- Cards have no value until loaded, registered, and/or activated at a participating Programme outlet.
- Cards may not be redeemed for cash, and cash will not be given as change.
- Cards are non-transferable and may be used by the registered cardholder only.
- If lost or stolen, a replacement card may be issued and balances transferred subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Programme. Proof of identification will be required.
- Not to be used in conjunction with third party discounts
